Package Pick-Up - Attempted delivery packages may be left at the office for
pick- up during normal office hours.
Fax Service - A fax machine located in the Business Office is available to you during office hours only.
Private faxes may be received in the Business Office for your pick up.
Stamps - Always wishing the post office was just around the corner?
Good News, stamps are available for purchase in the leasing office.
Touch-Up Paint - We'll supply you with a container with of paint.
Tool box - Have a few decorating items to take care of?
Our courtesy tool box has an array of tools to fit the job at hand.
Balloon Bouquet - For any occasion! Six assorted color balloons in a lovely bouquet for Only $4.00.
We offer same day service and pick-up within 30 minutes of placing your order.

What can a concierge do for you? It's simple, we provide you with services!!

Transportation recommendations
Dry Cleaning pick up and delivery (Wildewood Shopping Center)
Meeting and Event Planning (to be held at the main Clubhouse)

For every resident in "good standing" may utilize a credit line up to $300 that can be used for sending/purchasing, flowers, gifts, tickets, transportation, reservations, etc!

Residents in "good standing" would be defined as:
A resident that has consistently paid their rent on time and has never incurred any late fees. Monies charged for goods or services will be billed to t he residents rental account and will be due with the next months rent.
